A centralized, role-based contact management solution enabling instant access and faster response across healthcare units.

The OneDrive migration project involved migrating 16,000 users' file share locations from on-premises file shares to OneDrive. The goal was to modernize storage infrastructure, enhance collaboration, and leverage cloud-based features.
The Contact Manager solution was developed to address this challenges and various work-units were given Teams-enabled phones without access to native contact apps. Here's how it works
Successfully migrated approximately 11-12 terabytes (TB) of data to OneDrive.
Developed scripts to automate the migration process, utilizing 5 servers to complete the project within 6 months.
Made on-premises file shares redundant and read-only, ensuring a seamless transition.
Used Jira - For tracking all Issues
Used Confluence – Documentation
Tracked and prevented upcoming problems.
Files are automatically backed up to the cloud, reducing data loss risks.
Approx. 16,730 user migrations complement using the Zero-touch migration approach. The Zero Touch Migration approach automates the migration process, minimizing manual intervention and reducing human error. Key aspects include automated scripts, scheduler jobs that pick users from a CSV file, automatic log uploads for transparency, and limited validation by migration team members. This approach delivers quicker, more efficient, and error-free migrations, ensuring a seamless experience for clients by leveraging technology to lead the process.
Users can leverage version history, collaboration, and sharing features.
OneDrive's sync capabilities ensure files are up-to-date across devices.
Approx. $200K savings realized over the period of 5 years.
